Results and Certificates
Results commonly arrive within one week. However, marking may take:

- Up to 32 working days in exceptional circumstances
Candidates receive an overall pass or fail result based on their combined marks from both sections.

Cancellation and Exam Date Changes

Refunds are not normally provided when a candidate:
- Cancels after the required notice period

- Does not bring valid identification
